Free Public Service Announcements at 1480 WCNS

If your church, school, club, or non-profit organization would like free publicity about an upcoming event, broadcast the word on 1480 WCNS "Neighborhood Notes."

All you need to do is call (724-537-3338), visit our Contact Us page, or email mailbox@wcnsradio.com with the pertinent information: time and date, location, and any other essential information.

Include your name and phone number so that we can contact you if we have further questions. It is best to allow at least two weeks notice prior to your event.

Cause-Related Station Partnerships

We welcome proposals for appropriate partnerships with nonprofit organizations in our Latrobe, Westmoreland County, and surrounding listening area. We are willing to be the media sponsor for large community events. 1480 WCNS can generally provide a schedule of announcements, a remote broadcast, and prize(s).

Speakers

Members of our staff are available to emcee or speak to your organization or school, including John Longo, a Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters "Radio Broadcaster of the Year," News/sports anchor Dow Carnahan, as well as veteran broadcaster Glenn Boyd.

Tours

Your group is welcome to tour the 1480 WCNS studios. Arrangements can be made by calling 724-537-3338. Scout groups are always welcome.
