Public Services at 1480 WCNS
1480
WCNS has partnered with countless community and regional public service
organizations over the past several decades.
Through our weekly Neighborhood Notes programming as well as
through our Saturday Talk Block and other daily programs, 1480
WCNS proudly continues to assist these organizations in bringing increased
awareness, on-air information and on-site event support for their worthy
community causes.
Some of these include the Annual Heart Walk, the Breast Cancer Relay
for Life, senior citizen events, city and county parades and fairs, cultural
arts awareness programs, underprivileged causes, special educational and sport
programs, employment opportunities and many more.
